Beautiful Outdoor Pools: The hotel is built around inviting outdoor pools that are perfect for soaking up the sun. It felt like diving into a refreshing oasis amidst the desert of everyday life.

Parking Accessibility: The parking situation could be more convenient for first-time arrivals. It would be great if guests could easily unload their luggage at the reception driveway instead of having to stop in the parking on the other side.

The room faced the sea. The hotel was situated only 1 mile from arkutino beach.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spa area with a hot tub, sauna, and steam bath. It felt like stepping into a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the resort. The serene atmosphere and soothing treatments made me feel like royalty, melting away all my stress and worries.

The rooms at Saint Thomas Holiday Village were amazing! They had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. I loved watching my favorite shows on the TV with satellite channels. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the air conditioning in the 5-star rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area which was not crowded. The parking was also convenient and accessible. In addition, the hotel's transportation made it easy to get to the nearby Arkutino beach, as well as the location to a nearby supermarket.

The hotel lacks some features expected of a higher-end hotel, such as weak or non-existent WiFi signal and the need to pay extra for amenities like in-room safes. cleanliness could be improved and some fixtures and fittings need updating.

The hotel has nice outdoor facilities and beaches, but the location is the highlight, especially if you enjoy nature reserves and bird watching. Some staff members are polite and helpful, and some spa services stand out.

The luxurious amenities and services at this hotel were exceptional! the spa and wellness centre were top-notch, and the indoor swimming pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation. the sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long day, and the massage and beauty treatments were heavenly. With beach access, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas, the location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery.

While everything else was perfect, the service at the bar was a bit slow, and it was a minor inconvenience. the experience at this venue was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with top-notch amenities and services.
